Lucrum is a solar sales platform that was founded with a strong mission in mind. Namely, to empower financial and personal development while revolutionizing door-to-door sales with a focus on customer satisfaction at every stage.

In the solar industry, productive sales representatives and happy customers are the foundation of any strong business. When sales reps and customers are working together harmoniously, they have the potential to build massive value, both for the solar business and for the broader community. The founders of Lucrum recognized this, and decided to build a platform designed to foster the well being of our sales reps and customers over the long term, instead of viewing them through the typical lens of short term profit.

We accomplish this through a variety of innovative programs. These include  an AI powered customer support initiative, an ongoing high level training program for all sales reps, and financial mentorship programs for sales reps so that they can make the most of the wealth that they are working to build at Lucrum.
